Microsoft has released a "customer evaluation" version and has made it available on their website(out for some time now, but better late than never!). Register and download a copy of WindowsXP 64-bit for yourself and don't miss out on this opportunity. There's nothing to lose and everything to experience, here's a bonus for joining the 64-Bit Club: "As a Windows XP Professional x64 Edition Customer Preview Program (CPP) subscriber, you may be entitled to upgrade to future pre-release versions of Windows XP Professional x64 Edition when they become available." Anyways try out the new x64 because it's limited and will expire within 360 days, but when that time comes around the final product should be expected to arrive. Also, as a side note: if you're interested in trying out the new MS OS you must have a 64-bit complaint processor. Other specifications and requirements will be mentioned on the official Microsoft page.
